To apply on behalf of an ‘Other Account’. Have them add you to their Recipient Portal with ‘Applicant Portal Access’. The External User will also need their own Recipient Portal. See Flowchart for the process.
How to Apply for an Opportunity on Behalf of Another Organization
Step 1: From the Recipient Portal, toggle to the account that you are going to apply on behalf of and confirm Change Organization. This is Switching Associated Accounts.
Step 2: Click on your Name in the top right corner and select Applicant Portal.
NOTE: If you do not have an 'Applicant Portal' option for the associated account you are trying to view, you will need an Organizational Admin from that account to add it to your User profile.
Step 3: You are now in the ‘Other Account’s’ Applicant Portal. You default to the applications tab, but you can also navigate to a new opportunity to apply to. Use the applications list, or copy and paste the opportunity URL.
Step 4: Verify the Organization you are applying on their behalf is listed under your User Name in the top right corner. This should be the Applicant Organization name, not the Application Preparer Organization name.

Additional Information
- Do not be logged into multiple associated accounts in the same browser at the same time.
- Multiple users cannot work on a single application simultaneously. Users will need to save their edits and exit the application before another user can view and/or make changes.
- Applications cannot be assigned to specific users.
