What is the Performance Plan used for?
The Performance Plan is used to track progress of Goals by entering Achievements against them and/or reference information from the Award's contract.
- Performance Reporting (Creating Achievements corresponding to a Goal to track progress during standard date ranges)
- Reference Contract Goals that can be requested to change in the Amendment area.
- NOTE: Not all programs allow all amendment types, see your program guidelines.
Goal Types
The Goal types that are on a Performance Plan may include:
- Numeric
- Percent Achieved/Changed
- Milestone (Dates)
- Narrative (Recipient answers a set question during each reporting date range)
